This place is great for watching sports and hanging out with friends. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, with plenty of screens so you can always see the game. The staff is friendly, and the service is good. It’s a nice spot to enjoy sports, have some food, and spend time with people. Whether you’re there for a big game or just to chill, it’s a perfect place to go.

I’ve generally enjoyed the food here, although I’ve noticed a drop in quality recently—especially in the margaritas, which now taste syrupy instead of fresh like they used to.

However, my main issue lies with the management and how ownership handles customer service. It seems they’ve become less accommodating over time.

In the past, you could substitute fries for a salad when ordering a cheeseburger, but that policy has changed. I wasn’t aware of this, so when I ordered my meal and realized the mistake, I brought it to the attention of the staff. I was told that substitutions now come with an additional charge, which is fine in theory, but here’s where it gets shady:

Instead of just charging me a small fee to swap fries for a salad, they charged me full price for the salad and gave me no fries. Essentially, I paid for a side salad as if it were a separate item but got nothing in place of the fries that should’ve come with my meal. When I pointed this out, management refused to serve me the fries because I had “substituted” them, according to the fine print on the menu.

Had I known this was the case, I would’ve ordered both the fries and the salad, since I didn’t really “substitute” anything at all—I was just charged extra for less food. When I asked if they could fix the situation, I was told that this is the owner’s policy, and there was nothing they could do.

This isn’t the first time my friends and I have had issues like this at the restaurant, but I’ve always given it the benefit of the doubt because I enjoy the food and atmosphere. That said, the way they handle these petty, unclear policies is frustrating. As much as I like their cheeseburgers, I’d rather make my own at home than deal with this kind of nickel-and-diming.

Edit: I appreciate your generically modified apology however it doesn’t make up for the fact that you ripping customers off for substituting fries on the menu. Hopefully somebody finds this review useful.

My server Emily was awesome! So was the chicken salad I had for lunch. The management was not so great. I was given an incorrect beer in the flight I ordered. I took a sip it and it didn’t taste like anything I ordered. I looked at it, and then noticed the number was incorrect from what I had circled. I told her the beer is from the same brewery as what I ordered but they poured the wrong one. She replaced that beer. When she brought my ticket, I pointed out that the incorrect beer was still on the tab as well as the correct one. She took it back to have it removed and came back and said the ticket was already closed out so she refunded me in cash. I waited a bit (while finishing my flight) and when she came back by, I asked her if they made her pay from her tips. She hesitated then said yes. I said, keep your money. That is not okay. They could have gone in and changed it. I own a restaurant and know how these things work. They just didn’t want to do the extra couple minutes of work. I left the cash and had luckily tipped her extra on my card ahead of time. If I would have had cash on me that day I would have left even more after that. Mistakes happen. There is a right and wrong way to make up for them. She did right to make up for it — management did wrong. The beer selection was good.

Inviting! romantic on outside patio yet chill and comfortable inside. The food was absolutely amazing and the flavors are extreme! Try the Teachers Pet burger and you won't ever see a burger the same with those peaches!
Great service, music, alcohol choices, and appetizers.
Will be back!!

The Freshman was disgusting. It was sloppy and impossible to eat. It was all beer batter and no fish. The batter was mushy on the inside. Wow! So so so disgusting. Wanted to try something different because the burgers are not great. Never again.
