1st time here it was good but he took awhile to get our order but at the end I didn't like the server we had he started taking our drinks away when we were not even done how rude. It seemed like he wanted us out of there. Won't be going there again.

My recent visit to Drafthouse this past weekend left me deeply disappointed and uncomfortable, all thanks to the aggressive behavior of the so-called manager, Herman. Upon arriving, my friends and I ordered drinks with the intention of spending the evening at what we usually consider a cool and enjoyable place. We were informed that the kitchen closed at 11, which we missed since we arrived later. Hungry and unaware of any restrictions, we decided to have a pizza delivered so we could have something to snack on during our time there. When the pizza arrived and we started to enjoy it outside, Herman approached us in an aggressive manner, using sharp hand movements and banging on the table, insisting that we couldn't have outside food. We immediately apologized, explaining that we were unaware of the policy and offered to dispose of the pizza quickly. However, Herman's response was far from understanding or courteous. He simply kept repeating that he didn't care while shrugging and demanded that we remove the pizza immediately. Feeling threatened and unwelcome, we agreed to leave and requested separate checks. Herman's attitude continued as he threw the receipt at our server, Luke, who was the only bright spot in our experience. Luke was kind, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. While I understand the policy about outside food, the way Herman handled the situation was completely unacceptable. A simple explanation or request in a respectful manner would have sufficed. Instead, his aggressive approach and lack of empathy made us feel unwelcome and discouraged from returning to Drafthouse. I sincerely hope that Drafthouse reevaluates its management approach and provides training to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy. Herman's behavior was unprofessional and did not reflect well on the establishment. Kudos to Luke for his exceptional service, but unfortunately, Herman's actions overshadowed the positive aspects of our visit.

My recent visit to Draft House on March 16th turned into a disappointing experience, largely due to the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the management, specifically Herman.Upon arrival, my girlfriend, friends, and I were looking forward to relaxing after returning from an international trip. However, our plans were disrupted when we discovered that the kitchen was already closed. Despite this setback, we decided to stay for drinks and ordered a pizza from elsewhere, assuming it wouldn't be an issue since food service was unavailable. Our evening took a negative turn when Herman aggressively approached our table, banging his hand on it, and insisted that we couldn't have the pizza there. We explained that we had only ordered it due to the kitchen closure, but Herman dismissively replied, "I don't care," displaying a complete lack of customer service skills and empathy. Herman's hostile and disrespectful attitude not only marred our experience but also reflected poorly on the management of Draft House. It's concerning that someone like Herman is in a position of authority, as his behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. A simple and respectful approach would have been appreciated, and we would have willingly complied with any reasonable request. I strongly urge You all to reassess their management practices and prioritize customer service training to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy. As a longtime patron, I am deeply disappointed and hesitant to return, knowing that such behavior is tolerated and overlooked.
