Disappointing experience with my recent Whataburger cheeseburger order. Unfortunately, the burger arrived cold and looked unappetizing. For a fast-food chain known for its quality, this was a letdown. Hopefully, it was just an off day, but I expect more from Whataburger.

Bad service I placed an order over the phone and they didn't place it, the manager only said that it was only number 13 that's why we didn't write it down, I placed the order to arrive and have it ready and well, what a bad service because they didn't write down the order in the system

Manā¦ I donāt like to do this, but Iām doing it for all of you. Itās like this place picks the worst high school kids to work here and they donāt even have the mindfulness to get our order correct. We all work hard to take our family to buy food and for the āworkersā there to just do what they want but worst of all, have absolutely NO customer service! I hope someone from corporate would see this and make a change. Donāt waste your time going to this whataburger, seriously find another. Youāll thank me!

Rude service. Old lady with the pink ponytail should find a new job if you she don't like dealing with customer service. Attitude should stay at home. Not even a thank you and she was looking at me ugly. rude she should get written up.
I am never going to come to this whataburger. I ordered the Monterrey burger and the bread was old like almost about to have mold. The burger was gross. The fries had a foul taste like urine. Not sure if a skunk š¦Ø was around the fries or the person handling the fries did not wash their hands. Gross š¤® It was a waste of my time and money. Corporate needs to come check into this store.
