My order was missing items and all they told me is that I can go back whenever to get a refund or get the items. I had asked if they can do the refund over the phone since I paid with card. The told me NO which is super annoying because I don’t know why not! That would be so much easier!

Manager on duty today, October 23rd at 9:30pm was on point. Great customer service from everybody. There was. A mistake on my order.I got home and I noticed that it wasn't a triple Patty burger like I paid for, they gave me a single Patty burger. I went back, got inside, sat down, not even a minute went by, and the manager was already helping me out another minute went by, and he handed me my order correctly. Exceptional customer service!!!

Good place to get a burger but tje drive thru takes forever
This whataburger location always manages to either mess up my order or take forever to give me my food even when they aren’t busy. I don’t know if it’s because the location is close to the University and the employee population is young, but it sucks. Over the past few years, on various occasions I end up coming back after a while to give it another chance and every time I am reminded of why I don’t like ordering from this specific location.

Waited forever in the drive through for a mobile order, finally picked it up and they made my burger wrong and forgot my onion rings. I drove back out and they argued with me about the onion rings and haphazardly made the burger correctly the second time. Wont be back and the bathrooms all ominously smell of urine.
Also i just realized i paid for ranch on the side, which they did originally give me but after when they remade the burger they took it.
