My order was missing items and all they told me is that I can go back whenever to get a refund or get the items. I had asked if they can do the refund over the phone since I paid with card. The told me NO which is super annoying because I don’t know why not! That would be so much easier!

Manager on duty today, October 23rd at 9:30pm was on point. Great customer service from everybody. There was.
A mistake on my order.I got home and I noticed that it wasn't a triple Patty burger like I paid for, they gave me a single Patty burger. I went back, got inside, sat down, not even a minute went by, and the manager was already helping me out another minute went by, and he handed me my order correctly. Exceptional customer service!!!

I usually have a good experience here but when they mess up an order like missing item and some different type of egg that isn’t scrambled and some green stuff inside 🤢, it totally makes me change my mind about coming here as often as I should

Manager only offered the $1 something refund but didn’t offer anything to compensate me driving 20 minutes round trip and losing a tank of gas

Recommend that everyone should check their food everytime...
