This place needs to work on its curbside service. Multiple times I have waited for over twice their estimated ready time. Food has been cold each time so obviously this isnt so much a problem with the food getting out on time but the workers just not delivering it to the customer. Management needs to figure out a solution soon.

First. We went to this whataburger yesterday,03/19/24, for breakfast. They had no decaf made. I pointed out to the GM sitting at a table that 9 out of 10 that we go there, there is either no coffee or no tea. Today we went for dinner and joined my daughter and grandsons. I put tea in my wife's cup and went to get sweet tea. There were 2 sweet tea containers and 1 unsweetened. Neither of the 2 sweet teas had tea. I asked for tea from the back and when they brought it I asked for lemon. I was told they ran out of lemon. My order number is 121416. Order was taken 4:55 pm, came out at 5:16. Fries were not crispy, burger was cold and no mayo, onion, or mustard on the side. I did not take anything back because my daughter and grandsons would've been done before my and my wife's meal would've come out. Next time I believe we'll go to Freddy's burgers. We always get it hot and correct there.

I got salmonella from a salad I ate that means either chicken was not cooked or someone went to the restroom and did not wash their disgusting hands I’ve been sick for days it’s the worst I’ve ever been through do not go
After a misunderstanding on an order the manager on the floor quickly corrected the issue and I still had plenty of time left on my 30 minute lunch to enjoy my food. The service keeps me coming
