Wow, just wow. The food was good and hot. Burger, bread, and fries were all hot and fresh. Served fast. Friendly staff. Super clean inside. This is by far the best Whataburger I have been to in the RGV. After visiting in person, I have serious doubts about those 1 star reviews. Seem that they are purposely targeted. I definitely recommend.

Takes a while for the food but absolutely the cleanest whataburger I’ve been too
I would give this place zero stars if I could. My co-workers got me a tea from here and there was some type of metal shavings inside my drink. I’m hoping I didn’t drink any because my throat has been feeling weird since then… If you work here and hate your job look for another place to work at because customer service and hygiene is not for you… this is dangerous, there’s kids drinking beverages from this place. I wish I could post the pictures but Google doesn’t give me an option to upload pictures. Stay away from this place.

The store is extremely filthy trash everywhere we ordered food which as about 30$ we asked for well done fries and extra onion on both burgers none had anything on them and fries were not well done at all asked if they can please remake fries I talked to what looked like the general manager she gave me a really nasty look and responded with an attitude won’t be wasting my money here ever again

My order was suppose to be ready at 7:41pm I had ordered tru the app since It should be faster didn't come out till 8:13 and there were several ppl that had been waiting to they didn't even give me ketchup or add extra sauce to my burger which I asked for my brother's sweet and spicy didn't even have sauce 45 dollars for some half ass food it's management that doesn't care not once did she apologize to the customers about the wait.

Could use faster curbside. Have gone many times and waited 10 min after my food was said to be done on the app and went inside to ask for it and got it immediately but it was already cold
Horrible service. Multiple times I've had to wait 30minutes-1hour for very simple orders. Last time they even gave me my order wrong after 45 minutes of being there. Other members of my family have also waited for almost an hour at the drive thru. Management must be terrible.
