Not sure who was in charge today but the manager was all high on marijuana its amazing how this establishment lets people like this work here considering they wouldn’t hire me because of my dwi charge management should really check up on their workers… kept asking me to show receipt when he clearly dint even hand me one went in there around 5:15

Extremely HORRIBLE !!!! I should have read the reviews first before entering this restaurant. All the bad reviews here are all correct. Very disappointed. My bone in wings were not edible because they were like rubber. Some were not even cooked right. We just threw some money away. They were disgusting. We will not come back here and will verbally warn others of how horrible the wings are at W. University Dr. Edinburg. .

Horrible service i went in and asked for my order they told me to wait ten minutes and the lady put on her headphones and just walked away after 35 minutes the lady finally asked me what i was waiting for and gave me my order which had been sitting there the entire time. Once we got home the food was cold . i as well ordered extra parmesan and she had a major attitude while ringing me up. It’s just plain disrespectful.

I’m here right now to eat my dinner with my husband . We ordered it by 6:30 and it’s already 7 and the food is still not in our table . We only ordered 2 combos of tenders and I don’t know why it took them a long time to make them . So my husband decided to check on it and the guy went to the back and he bring our food . And to my surprised the food is already cold and the fries look bad and dark already . I guess they need to work more than talking in the front . Just saying . Worst Wingstop ever !

I never had problems with this Wingstop, but I ordered on the app on a Wednesday for free delivery & turns out they gave my order out to a “Door Dasher,” that wasn’t even a door dasher in the first place!They should find a new method to confirm someone’s order! Had to wait another hour for a new order & the Manager was no help at all.

This is the second time this location has messed up something in my order first it was no carrots that i SPECIFICALLY ASKED ONLY CARROTS as a side and they didnt send a side at all, i got the receipts but didnt wanna complain just for carrots. Every single time I go here & I go often because I live close by , every time it never fails they always get my order wrong, a couple days ago I had ordered garlic parmesan & they gave me plain wings no flavor & I had ordered it through DoorDash so imagine my disappointment when I got my order at home & it was just plain wings that looked like they were left overnight. I’m done with this wingstop location I’m never going here again all they do is mess up the orders every time. Such disappointment.

This location and the one on south tenth street by city cafe generally imo make the wings the best out of all the other wing stops in the area. I still prefer iiwings in Pharr and McAllen more but these two locations are good
