Honestly the food, and wait time has gotten a lot better compared to a few months ago. I always do an online order, and lately it comes out pretty fast. It’s always hot too.The cashiers are better than most wingstops.

This is why I had stopped coming by here . Service was pathetically slow and the manager on duty didn't seem to care that I kept asking about my order. I wanted to get my money back. Piss poor management. Food is not cooked completely. It was such a pathetic experience. Manager was a short girl with glasses. I got there before halftime and left with 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. Shameful. They were just about getting out other orders than the ones that were already there.

My family had to wait for an order for over an hour. They received fully cooked wings , however , their big cup of ranch had mold in it. I know because I have experience in said subject. I will be ordering from a new Wingstop from now on, as this Wingstop’s manager denied me the chance to get anything compensated for return trip to their establishment.

The General Manager Phylicia doesn't listen to her customer both my orders barely had sauce and my fries were hard and brown like do you know how to run you store and make sure the order is right she only gave me credit for half my order...I use to like to coming to this location but they started slacking but it all start from the top with the General Manger Phylicia
