BEST WINGSTOP IN THE VALLEY!! hands down best wingstop in the valley, i go for my girl Joselyn she is the best employee ever! she handled my complaint a few months ago and now this is the only location i come to because she’s a manager here. shes the best, i always ask for her because she the sweetest person ever!!! They always get me right on the food, FASTTTT SERVICE 100000/10 MY FOOD WAS PERFECT THANK YOU!!

I went to dine in, mind you there was no one else dining in and they took 45 mins to give me my food. The wings were cold,and the fries were cold as well. Never going back just go to another wing stop if you want your food hot!

Atrocious customer service. I was standing 5 minutes at the register with zero acknowledgement from employees. Once I asked about my online order, they employee walked back to the kitchen, without providing me an update. Horrible attention

I’m very disappointed in how the cashier served me, she didn’t say much at all and she didn’t say anything when someone called. Another person who was with me works at Wingstop and they even agreed she was rude. They also forgot my fries and she didn’t apologize and looked like we were a burden. Do not recommend this location at all. Horrible customer service

We called in our order so we can pick it up when picking up order i understood it was busy but I was not greet and I was ignored by the member in front while in front of her. after she was done in the back after ignoring me she was super rude I gave her my money to pay for the items and just told me its not out to wait she did not go over the order with me ,after waiting I got my order and went home after opening everything I saw our order was incorrect along with no fries in the bag mind you we CALLED in our order to do the bundle deal online. After going back to the store I advised that I did not get fries with the order and advised that we did the bundle deal I was told After cutting me off from talking that I DID NOT ASK FOR THE DEAL I told the lady once again we CALLED IN ASKING for the deal after she kept telling me I WAS WRONG and wanted the bag back which I told her I left it at home so my 3 year old can eat the tenders we ordered for him and showed her the picture I took of all the food that was in the bag but she did not pay attention to me but then started saying for next time to order a certain way for the deal which i again advised that it was online and we asked for it the exact way it stated online after her giving more attitude I just asked for order of fries and ranch since there was no ranch with my first order she went and got the fries i ordered with the lady in the store since they did not input my order right I asked if the ranch was in the bag and the lady that TOOK MY ORDER the second time said I never asked for ranch very disappointed

Wings were disgusting they were not cooked properly they were still raw with blood. Horrible the cooks were just playing around not taking their job seriously. To be honest did not enjoy my food and felt sick to my stomach after seeing those wings raw.

The chicken tenders tasted like breaded catfish too salty and the container I got my Tenders the bottom had at least a quarter inch puddle of oil. It's like I asked for chicken tenders, not soup
