We go here often. Weve gone 3 days in a row because we have family in town. Today, we went to order 3 blue coconut raspas & were given 3 blue coco w/ leche. Our snacks were made incorrectly & they stated they were unable to refund or make correct ordered. We will no longer be coming here.

Worst raspa I have ever had, do not recommend!! Ordered a cherry Piccadilly, almost no cherry liquid added to the point the ice was all white for the top 1/2 of raspa(not noticed until stirred due to pickles and gummy bears added on top) no koolaid added, and NO SPOON INCLUDED!!

They serve food that is gone bad twice I ordered pink milk and it smelled and tasted bad and today before I left I gave it another try and again bad I told the girl nicely if I could have something it else she just took and she did make me a new one but when she gave it to me she said this is a one time thing next time we won’t be making an exchange and shut the window on my face like wow 😮 very rude I will not be coming again.

Why have Spanish signs of food if the prep doesn't understand what your talking about saw a lady order at window with her family and they took for ever to give her...her food and there was four cars in front of me got to the window and she was still waiting:(
I bought shelled corn and it was hard, the second option was chicharrón with cueritos and they were also hard. I tried to communicate but they didn't answer. The others I've been to have been very good. But today was very bad and expensive.

Horrible, when there were no customers, it took them 6 minutes to give me a glass of corn. Small, cold and hard, the corn looked like it had already been very bad for days. I don't recommend it at all

I bought a cup of fruit for $10 and the strawberry was spoiled which made the whole fruit cup taste horrible. Not going back.

Terrible horrible service. I used to love coming in for their snacks but today was a different story. They gave me the wrong item and once I realized and went back to see if they could switch it for what I ordered I was told they wouldn’t do it. She told me that I should’ve told her then and there but at a glance it looked like what I ordered so I drove off and started picking at the chips while driving (it was already dark out so I couldn’t see). She told me I took too long but 1) their phone doesn’t work and 2) I had already made it home by the time I noticed so that takes time. I genuinely didn’t think I’d have a problem since it was their mistake but now I’m never going back,
