Prices were horrible. They charged me $30 just for drinks for my kids aside from.parrillada for 2 came to 80.00 HORRIBLE never returning food is t good enough for the price

Always pick up botanas. Good food and quick.

Food was plain with no flavor. Place smelled dirty when entering. Service was the only thing that was good very nice and attentive staff.

Prices went up and the food quantity was terrible. 3 plates of picadillo and 3 teas was almost $55. Don't go there. Over priced and terrible food.

Hot tasty food

last weekend we placed an order for about 16 tacos our total was over 80$ for our tacos to not even have filling, it was all tortilla. when we called the zamoras on monte cristo, we were asked to send them pictures of how our tacos looked, extremely disappointed!

Botana for 4 was excellent. Great service

Good service good food. Just a little pricey for Mexican food in the RGV.

My company bought 3 botanas yesterday for a Christmas lunch and an employee that lived nearby offered to order and pick up the food. After ordering by phone, he requested of the restaurant employee that if they would be able to bring the food out to his van (curbside) if he were to park near the entrance because he is paralyzed and in a wheelchair. The restaurant employee's immediate response was that they require a $10 tip to walk out to his vehicle and drop off the food. He again told them he was paralyzed and in a wheelchair and they still told him the tip was applicable, which was okay with him because he was going to tip them anyways. This was very upsetting to all of us at our work luncheon and Zamora's should have a little more compassion and consideration for people with disabilities.

We ordered enchiladas and fajitas. Server was slow and just disappeared for most of the meal. Food was ok. Had very little flavor. I guess I was expecting more. Place is small and parking is terrible.

We went in for breakfast and immediately I was hassled for bringing my coffee thermos with me. I had no less than 3 employees harass me over it. I was told I would be charged for a coffee regardless. I've never seen someone lose $20-$30 worth of business over a coffee. Talk about petty and pathetic customer service.

After a 16 hour workday I stopped by Zamora’s for 2 “Caldos” and 2 Sweet Teas (So Delicious). I received a bag and drove home. I Received a call from restaurant saying I forgot my teas. I was too tired to go back and I asked if someone could please drop them off. Im now drinking my delicious tea. Thank you so so much! Great customer service.

We used to love this location, but it’s slowly been not as good… last week called in an order, when I got there I payed & tipped, and then a few minutes later, I come and get asked, if it was 1 plate or 2 plates… it was 2, that they had only charged me for one, they didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t have confirmed. So that delayed, and during the delay, saw small bugs on the floor while waiting…. And they were not busy that day, there was 2 tables and all the servers where in that little back section by the register just laughing & enjoying their down time. Then went again today, also called in an order, arrived at the time they stated and it took much longer, it would be appropriate to tell your customer if there’s a delay in their order or a problem before you even charge them. if it’s going to take 45 minutes you need to make people aware. & they forgot to include the most important thing, the tortillas! lol

Love this place! Was the first time coming here with family. Food was good, service was great! Loved our waitress. She was fun to talk to and was really attentive to what we needed. The weather that day was bad and it was raining outside. Our vehicle battery died and their employees offered help without us having to ask. With heavy rain still falling, they helped us outside until pur vehicle turned on. Will definitely come again!
