After a 16 hour workday I stopped by Zamora’s for 2 “Caldos” and 2 Sweet Teas (So Delicious). I received a bag and drove home. I Received a call from restaurant saying I forgot my teas. I was too tired to go back and I asked if someone could please drop them off. Im now drinking my delicious tea. Thank you so so much! Great customer service.
We used to love this location, but it’s slowly been not as good… last week called in an order, when I got there I payed & tipped, and then a few minutes later, I come and get asked, if it was 1 plate or 2 plates… it was 2, that they had only charged me for one, they didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t have confirmed. So that delayed, and during the delay, saw small bugs on the floor while waiting…. And they were not busy that day, there was 2 tables and all...
Love this place! Was the first time coming here with family. Food was good, service was great! Loved our waitress. She was fun to talk to and was really attentive to what we needed. The weather that day was bad and it was raining outside. Our vehicle battery died and their employees offered help without us having to ask. With heavy rain still falling, they helped us outside until pur vehicle turned on. Will definitely come again!
