Always a disappointment going there I've been going there for years off and on and every time I go there it's a disappointment I would not recommend this McDonald's right here to anybody that's on the road in Baytown or anywhere else do not come to this McDonald's sorry but it's a sad truth God bless 😇

This place is just... not great. And I get it, "It's McDonald's! What do you expect?" A little bit of decency, maybe? Try harder... I've had multiple orders botched, hair in my food, complete missing items, rude service, cold and re-fried fries; you name it. The place seems overall clean but I almost always see roaches and flies in the lobby. Took them 2 weeks to get back to me on a horrendous order that I had reported.

This is one of if not THE worst McDonald's I have ever been to, the store is never clean and the managers sit around and do nothing they do not help their employees for the price it is also not that great Sonic or a local business would be a much better place to spend your money. The Managers yell at their employees to do better when they themselves are not proactive, I can see why every time I go they have new employees the turn around rate is awful not to mention the bugs and flys I can see in the kitchen from the counter would avoid if possible.

I was waiting for a coffee for 30 minutes, and there were only 2 customers in the store, the supervisor arrived and only refunded my money and did not give me the product. The worst McDonalds you can go to.

Ordered breakfast at 951am got to the location at 1010am it is not 1050am and still gave not gotten my food but everyone else has. And even the lunch people have. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have to be at work and I'm waiting for over 45 mins to get my breakfast when it is now lunch time.

Food was served quickly. My breakfast mcmuffin sandwich was good but mayo was supposed to be on the side but it was added inside the sandwich. It would have been fine but EXTRA mayo was added on it instead of the usual amount. The hash browns were crispy and delicious.
