Very good option for you if in Edna, Texas. I have to try their chile relleno next time, but wanted to try their Tejano Plate. The beans were good. Salsa seemed from a third party vendor. Their rice was exceptional. I usually don’t get rice and simply double my beans, but the Spanish rice was outstanding. Good service, considering the two servers on a Friday lunch time had around 10-12 tables and managed this very well. Good choice.
Great restaurant, most of the food was great. Service was excellent, atmosphere and decor was classy and clean. They are also pending liquor license so only tea and Cokes for now.

Still no Margheritas! Staff is great. Food was okay chicken was very dry and didn't have any flavor ? but all around a great place. Just wish they served alcohol ? it's not a Mexican restaurant without a Margherita!
