First, know that this is a food truck, but the food and service were great! The area around the truck was clean and you could totally sit and eat at the picnic tables, weather permitting. We drive thru Edna often, and will definitely be stopping here again. The food was ready fast, was reasonably priced, and the lady serving us was just so kind. -and the food was really good!

The absolute best breakfast tacos around. They can be a little bit more expensive but worth every single penny! And these aren't little tacos, these are big (you are going to be full afterwards) tacos!!! The people here are so sweet, kind, and strive to take care of you also. This is a must stop for your trip from Houston to Corpus. The food truck and lot are super clean. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. The tacos are HUGE!!! I’m talking burrito size. The tortillas and refried beans are homemade. 😋 You will not be disappointed.
The barbacoa “Cheech and chong” taco was delicious. Also, the size of the flour tortilla taco is just right. Packed with thick bacon and lots of egg, with a slight spread of beans. I will stop here again. 5 stars all day!

We are camping at Brackenridge RV nearby and wanted to try local foods. The Good Taco food truck did not disappoint us! The tacos can be made to order or off the menu with fresh, generous portions of tasty ingredients with a smile! You can order on-line even. Nice concrete area to park, sit at the picnic tables or they will deliver it to your vehicle for repeat customers! We sat at the table to enjoy our tacos. We had our small dog with us and the owner brought a piece of bacon for him!! They are opened early for the working crowd & they may reopen for evening meals, but not sure.
