Billy is amazing!! He is open every day. Even during the hurricane. The muffins, doughnuts, egg sandwiches and breakfast tacos are made fresh everyday. We especially love the blueberry muffins and the bacon or sausage egg and cheese crescents. He opens very early so you have time to go by before work. He usually closes around 1:00 pm. He almost daily sells out of everything. Go by, try it and get a warm smile and greeting from Billy or his wife.
Everything is great here. Brisket kolache and apple fritters are the best.

Everything we ordered was cold. The breading for the kolaches tasted like sweet bread which threw off the flavor of the meats inside. I couldn’t finish what was ordered as it was cold, too sweet and the meat was noticeably cheap. The ham had big unpleasant bits of gristle, the brisket was not good and the flavor was so strong with bbq sauce you couldn’t enjoy the meat. The kolaches were soggy, cold, and just all around gross.

Decided to try this place, as it's closer to my morning route than other options. The kolaches here were very good, but they weren't warm, even when first served. Reheated at work, they were fantastic.I had the bacon-sausage-jalapeño-cheese and the brisket-jalapeño. I ordered two of the brisket, but I only got one; not sure if I was charged for the other. This tasted more like tangy pulled pork than my idea of brisket, but again ... excellent. The doughnuts I got for coworkers looked OK, but I didn't have any. They weren't warm, either.I do think the kolache prices were higher than at Morning's (my usual go-to), but not by much. The doughnuts were very affordable.Note to owner: Your menu contains a spelling error; it's "boudin," not "boudain."

Worth to visit to get cheap and delicious donuts ! No
I have tried this place twice both times, and it was hands down the worst donuts I have ever paid money for. I struggled with writing this review. The location is great. The prices are mid range as far as donut shops. The donuts, Koloches, and the Creseant sandwiches are not good. I have many friends and family members say the same thing. I really wish they could have good food or at least take the extra effort to hand you a sandwich that is not cold in the middle. Their location is so good.

Just tried today for first time and loved everything I had. Almost went to shipleys but now I'll just come here! Kolaches were perfect, donuts thick, fluffy, and just the right amount of glaze. Croissants thick and yummy. All was delicious!. Will be back!!!

I've been living in Seabrook for 6 months. I'd heard about Billy's but had never been there. My daughter flew in to visit and we picked up some donuts from there. I'm a devout Shipleys fan. Which I've been disappointed in since I've been back. So I have to give this place 5 stars there donuts are so good and stay fresh for a few days. Yes! I said days. I'll go back again and again.
