I visited with my girlfriend’s family and ordered the Eldorado special along with a sweet tea. I liked the variety on the plate which had a taco, enchilada, and beef chile relleno. Overall, affordably priced items and a great place to eat in Eldorado!!
We were so excited to see they were back open. My husband always gets the Deluxe dinner and it was just as good as he remembered. I had the Steak Ala Mexicana and it was very flavorful.
Other than the fried foods at the HWY 277 convenience marts, there aren't a lot of food choices in Eldorado. But we discovered El Corral housed in the location of a former Mexican food cafe and decided to take a chance. We had started to get take-out from there for lunch, but driving by, the parking area was totally filled with ranch pickups and oil-field pickups.
