I had my doubts...sat at the Drive Thru for 7 minutes before I honked to get someone's attention. After my order, sat for 13 minutes waiting on my order. By this time I was getting frustrated. Once I took a bite, it went away. Kudos.

I ordered a egg normas burrito. They didn't have the big tortillas so they asked if I wanted 2 small ones. I said yeah that's fine but they gave me one burrito and a tortilla. This is ridiculous

Dining room and soda machine area were a bit dirty, and the card machine didn't work on the drive thru. When we got inside, there was a bit of a wait for the food but everything was served fresh and hot. The fries were the best Burger King fries that I've had in a long time.

As soon as we got there we were met with the smell of an exploded septic tank, or something similar. We ordered ahead on the app, specifically for dine in waiting for our order number to be called only to find out we had been de-prioritized, I had to ask for my food after 20 minutes and then they started to prepare it and put it in bags. The soda machines were leaking a waterfall, had no ice, and the syrup seemed to have run out because the drinks tasted abysmal, mind you this is the middle of the day around 2-3pm Payed extra for meals and quick service and got met with having to throw our drink cups away and waiting nearly 40 minutes for an order for two. The only redeeming factor was that the food was hot but it didnt last long as the building seemed to have a broken ac making it extremely hot in the building and unable to eat outside due to the smell, we had to go across the highway to find a different place to sit down. Probably one of the worst ways to have lunch on the road, especially disappointing after 2 hours of driving.

The employees at the Burger King on I-37 & Loop 1604 are lost while working. Our past three visits to this Burger King location, they have gotten our orders wrong, mixed up and with additional mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise added that we're not meant to be added. Tables are dirty. Floor not cleaned. Better discipline and focus should be implemented to workers here. Enough is enough. We will not dine at this location anymore.
