As soon as we got there we were met with the smell of an exploded septic tank, or something similar. We ordered ahead on the app, specifically for dine in waiting for our order number to be called only to find out we had been de-prioritized, I had to ask for my food after 20 minutes and then they started to prepare it and put it in bags. The soda machines were leaking a waterfall, had no ice, and the syrup seemed to have run out because the drinks tasted abysmal, mind you this is the middle of the day around 2-3pm Payed extra for meals and quick service and got met with having to throw our drink cups away and waiting nearly 40 minutes for an order for two. The only redeeming factor was that the food was hot but it didnt last long as the building seemed to have a broken ac making it extremely hot in the building and unable to eat outside due to the smell, we had to go across the highway to find a different place to sit down. Probably one of the worst ways to have lunch on the road, especially disappointing after 2 hours of driving.

We had great customer service from Haley tonight. The food was also very good. It was hot and made fresh. It was nice and cool and clean in the restaurant as well. It was overall a great experience! Thank you to Haley and team!

The employees at the Burger King on I-37 & Loop 1604 are lost while working. Our past three visits to this Burger King location, they have gotten our orders wrong, mixed up and with additional mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise added that we're not meant to be added. Tables are dirty. Floor not cleaned. Better discipline and focus should be implemented to workers here. Enough is enough. We will not dine at this location anymore.

Horrible service! Mary at the front had a long face and handed me my shake spilling. It looked gross. I tried to be polite anyway and say thank you only to get a bad look.

Not sure if it is this location or if it’s all BK’s but the food has seemed to fallen off. The chicken sandwich I ordered was lukewarm at best and the fries were cold and stale. I tried to ask if I could get fresh fries and a hotter meal but after standing at the front counter for 10 minutes while all employees were either talking or completely ignoring me I decided that it was pointless. The dining area was kinda clean and the floors felt sticky so I just threw out my fries and took my now cold sandwich to go.
