This place is a hidden gem. Went there with five co-workers and we had everything on the menu except the burger. The people were super friendly. The portions were huge and the food was great. I will be going back and bringing more people. Don't sleep on this one.

The food is delicious, but that doesn't make up for the terrible way the owner of this establishment treats his employees, I witnessed it firsthand. Make sure you leave tips in cash, or better yet, don't visit this place at all.

The brisket was dry, which was disappointing. The beans were full of vegetables and not very good. Bbq sauce was very sweet. The potato salad was the only thing that I liked. Service was good. Unfortunately it’s not a place I will eat at again.

Worker was rude ask for a drink because the one I received tasted the waitress left to bring me a new one but I saw the worker didn't give me a new one she just replaced the lid and came back and the food tasted bad too

Dillen's burger was a lot of meat with brisket and sausage on top of the patty, but it's absolutely delicious.
If you haven't tried J&S smokehouse you are missing out. The food quality, portions, and taste right down to the hospitality from the owners of this place are amazing. If you are ever just passing through stop in and enjoy this little hide a way spot. And make sure to get your second order to go because you'll be craving more later, trust me it's way past worth it🙏🧿🙌

If you’re looking for good BBQ I highly recommend J & S Smokehouse! We got the ribs, the Dillen Texas burger, cream corn and Mac and cheese and it was all super good! My kids loved the tenders and fries. My husband also fell in love with the pecan pie. We will definitely be going back!

Decided to stop by this place after work for dinner by myself. I was on my way to a very popular fast food bbq restaurant but have been wanting to try this place. Decided to drive the extra 5 mins to try it out. Got the brisket plate with mac and cheese and cole slaw. I am new to the area and I am so happy I decided to try it. I will definitely be going to this place from now on. It was so good, I decided to order another lb of brisket to take to my parent's house to try out. My mom, who is VERY picky, said they will definitely be stopping by as well. The staff and owner were very kind. Can't wait to go back in a few days.
