Ordered to go was given a 30 min wait time. Showed up 40 mins later order wasnt ready waited an additional 30 mins after being charged for the food and restaurant was for the most part empty only 5 tables sat. Horrible service

Extremely slow, the male waitress runs to serve other tables that came after us, food over cooked, took forever to get our order, never comeback to offer a refill , the female server destroyed the receipt when I wrote a big zero where the tip goes. Time to say bye bye and warn my neighbors and everyone I can about this place

Terrible experience. The food was burnt and tasted horrible, and they even gave us the wrong order. The service was just as bad the waitress left for break and nobody bothered to help us. When we asked, we were told they didn’t know. Definitely would not recommend.

7/11/25 What happened to the enchiladas? It wasn't the usual enchilada sauce as before. Not good; look & tasted like the carne guisada sauce. They also lacked cheese on top. I gotta say from a 5 star it's a 1 star now on food. The food wasn't hot either.
They serve delicious menudo and American enchiladas. They never fail me.

every time we go here we have problems with the service. once seated they forget about us for about 10 minutes. even after we flagged the waitress down, she didn't bring menus or our drink order. so after 20 minutes we got up and left.

This was my family and I's first time eating at this restaurant. We really enjoyed it. When we first entered there were only two other tables w people but by the time we left the whole restaurant was filled. The food was great. We got the Mar y Tierra for four people as a group of 5 and honestly it came w a lot of food. We even had enough leftovers for it to be considered a botana for 2 people. We also got an appetizer of choriqueso but that was not the best. The cheese got hard pretty quickly and it only came with two tortillas. The service was also just okay. Took pretty long to get out things even when asking for a simple to go box. Overall the service is okay but the food is great.
