Horrible horrible service, placed my order online and still waited over an hour to receive my order. Gentlemen charged me but never checked if my order was ready. This isnât the first time they do this. Dominos do better with your employees!

I ordered my pizza online and it had been past an hour I called the store and they hung up on me when they said they were going to âcheck on my orderâ I then called again and a lady answered and I told her what happened and she hung up on me. I called again and they proceeded to hang up again. I order at 7:21 and the delivery driver called me around 10:20 saying he was on his way. They were very unprofessional with hanging up and their excuse was âwe were busyâ

I ordered large regular crust with sausage, mushrooms, and bell pepper, takeout. My pizza was given to me in a very reasonable time. At home I discovered it was not bell peppers but jalepeno....surprise. also it appeared to have cornmeal on bottom of box or pizza giving it a grainy undesirable texture in my mouth. Another undesirable surprise. Asked two neighbors over and they disliked texture also. Felt like sand. Have ordered there before..not this way.

We ordered delivery and we took an hour before we got it and it was cold when we received it. We call to complain we're told by Juan that it was very busy.
The worst service ever the guy had me on hold for 10 minutes and then answered the phone again and I was giving my order and he put me on hold again I was kept on hold for another 20 minutes so I hung up and I will never be eating and this horrible establishment ever again this happened 10 mins ago so the night crew who worked on 5/18/25 is responsible

Delivery driver was on her phone as I waived her down, she passed my house despite me waiving at her to stop her, negligent, and forgot to give me our cokes, she was more concerned with her cell phone instead of working & answering the dominoes store who was also trying to contact her. Now I have to wait till she gets back to the store, then return to finish the second part of the same delivery she was just doing. Why? All cause she wanted to be ON THE PHONE.
