I ordered 2 orders of the 2 tacos constantly everytime i ask for a extra side of 2 tacos they charge me for it but i never get the food

With all the burger places you can go. This one makes things great with a personal touch. The food is always great (even the fries are hot), the staff is awesome. Even if there is an issue with the app they will help out, compared to M. Customer service seems to be far and few in this day and age but it is nice to find gems once in awhile.

They forgot my curly fries, so I tried calling for a refund to avoid driving all the way back. I don’t know if their phone line is out of service or they were not picking up calls because my call wouldn’t be answered. I had to drive back to get my fries only for them to take forever to give me assistance, mind you the place was empty. I understand we make mistakes and forget orders but to not even give a single apology or even have a decently welcoming nice atmosphere after having to drive back sucks! Wouldn’t go back.

Ordered the new smash burger that was advertised for a little over 5 and change on the sign on the menu just the burger no drink or fries they tell me it's not 5 but 7 I'm like ok sure fine then they hand me a jumbo jack and I didn't see until of course I was at home... do your job nobody was at the restaurant no other customers but me and you still can't do a simple task... never again.

Waited for about 30 mins for our food and ridiculous food was cold and then gave us wrong burger combo we tried calling Jack In the Box in Elsa Tx and of course their phone line is disconnected never going back again then for spending $30 plus nope no thank you…

Drive thru takes forever EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO, today i just ordered just a UCB COMBO N SHAKE WAITED ALMOST AN ENTIRE HOUR . i will drive to weslaco jack cause they never take that long
