This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Jack in The box. My wife and I and our two kids went to Jack in The box just to get a really quick bite to eat just a breakfast sandwiches. The wait was ridiculously long. Several people in line have been waiting for over 45 minutes for their food. One person was waiting 45 minutes for a salad and that's just ridiculous. To be clear, I do not blame the staff. This was 100% the manager's problem. The staff looked confused and frightened. Whoever was running the show dropped the ball today. Our food took over 30 minutes to prepare and it was just three breakfast sandwiches and an order of two tacos. Absolutely ridiculous time frame. I would never recommend this Jack in the box to anyone. When we asked about a refund we were told that a refund was not possible because the only person who could do that refund was not available. So it's clearly the manager is not doing their job that's causing the problems here.

This Jack in the Box was terrible! I don’t even know how they have 4 stars. I drove through drive through, waited and waited to order, said hello several times and no one answered. I pulled forward by the window, thinking maybe they were closed, but they weren’t. They were just standing around. I had to drive around again before they answered. Then when ordering the guy kept getting the order wrong. I had to repeat my order several times. Finally I had to wait for a while to get my order, just to find that all the burgers were cold. So disappointing, will not be back to this location.

My order was wrong & the manager no customer service she told me to take my food back & only wanted to give me credit….um I don’t think so! I wanted my money back . But Adan & Ruby did great super helpful and nice ?

When I drove up, it was dark, and the signs were not lit up, but they were open.There is plenty of parking, though not well lit.There were some cars in the drive-through, but the dining room was empty when I walked in. No one was at the counter, but I could hear workers in the back. It did not take long before someone came to take my order.I noticed the dining room was clean, though the counter and drink areas could have been neater. The wait was longer than usual as they were busy with the drive-through customers. I wondered if they were short-handed.My order finally was ready. I checked it, and one item was missing. I brought that to the manager's attention, and he quickly brought it over. They did accurately fill the three burgers which had special requests (no mustard or pickles).The quality of the food was standard for Jacks, the fries freshly made.While they could improve in some areas, overall my experience was positive. I always recommend double-checking the order.
