Very fast service compared to other kfc I’ve been to. Extremely clean lobby and even the restrooms were spotless. Great customer service everyone was very kind. Will only be going to this location from now on.

Wow is what I have to say about my experience in this establishment cashier Clarissa was rude since the beginning rushing us no patience so frustrated and angry like she didn't want to even be working there i asked for a dr pepper when I pulled up to the window she tried handing me a Pepsi I said I ordered a dr pepper she said well here's a Pepsi I said mam I ordered a dr pepper she then rolls her eyes and sighs and tells me to pull forward she then brings us our food practically shoveing it to me my wife asked for sauce and she got more frustrated and went to go get came back shoved them in my hand and walked away angrily no have a nice day thank you nothing so rude and frustrated with her job she should not be in drive thru if she can't keep her composure no ice in my drink it was also flat dry nuggets and a very unsettling atmosphere I did not expect to be treated in such way I couldn't get out of there fast enough so sad you got hired will not be recommended

The drive thru girl Clarissa was so rude. She was giving us Pepsi and told her no its dr pepper then she made a face and changed it. Then she didn't even tell us what sauce for my nuggets/strips so once she gave me my order I asked her for some sauce then she made a ugly face again said ok and turned around with a bad attitude like she didn't even want to be there to work then when she gave me the sauces she turned around with her mad face.

Based on negative reviews from previous customers, I will stay away from this KFC. Who wants raw chicken or burnt chicken, extremely long wait times, extremely salty fries, hard biscuits, cold food, missing receipts and napkins and having to ask for them, watered down drinks and sauces, old food, being confronted by rude employees and workers either in the drive thru or when picking up their food, not answering phone calls when trying to file a complaint, not correctly prepared foods, closing early when they close at 10 pm, sick workers, ridiculously overpriced meals, filthy inside or flies inside this restaurant, not prepared foods, etc. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO STEP 1 FOOT IN THIS KFC OR DRIVE NEAR IT. I came through the drive thru and the girl who took our order was so rude she had a tone and kept telling me to pull up when I wasn’t done ordering I proceeded to the window and another employee took my order I was confused because I already ordered and I asked if she was the one who took my order she said no mind you she was so sweet and nice she said the manager was the one who took the order and I told her she sounded rude and the employee informed me that she is rude and apparently she’s also the owner. They need to really check into who runs the chain

Do not recommend ever eating here. My son ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was literally a big piece of chicken with a bone. He ended up hurting his tooth biting into the sandwich. I called to let them know and the girl that answered thought it was funny that they mixed up the fillets with the chicken. And management wanted to give another sandwich, no I want a refund. Wasted money on something he didn’t ordered for me Togo back and possibly get the wrong thing again. How hard is it to separate fillets with regular chicken?

They make pull forward. Don’t know why so ridiculous to have to go outside to take your food and wait even more. Then you get home to eat you “MEAL” I mean you get home to sit down with chicken and your two side and what do you get only one side. It’s sucks cause it’s not close to home. Guys just make sure you check your order before you leave. Tell your spouse to put down the phone and check the order. But this is a frequent occurrence here KFC ELSA

The food tasted kinda old and not fresh. And even though they were nice enough to give me food that I never picked up the previous day, they were still rude in their manner. The restaurant was also dirty and had food on the floor. I wanted to order more chicken because I was still hungry but I didn't. I'd rather order from another KFC . A better one.
