This is the second time I come to KFC in Elsa drive through around 8:30 p.m. and it announces it's already closed event hough online and drive through window says they close at 10 p.m.

At KFC in Elsa Tx. The driver always has a bad attitude and is the one who attends the drive thru. The chicken is poorly done. And besides, he never gives a receipt, you have to ask for it.

One of their workers were sick and was coughing and sneezing all around me and my daughter.it was very dirty inside and the chicken was dry and cold. One of the workers were just on her phone while the other was just talking to her. The lady was very rude to us. She forgot to give us our recipe and when I went to get it she rudely said “ ARE YOU SURe THATS YOuRS” when nobody else was even in the restaurant

Service is horrible. Jessica the cashier misinformed us by saying the meals come with two sides but at the time to pay, she changed the information and claimed she never said two sides. When the order was ready, she gave it to us with an attitude. The place was filthy. I’m never coming back again to this place.

Wow, this KFC sucks! Never have but one potpie on hand. Take for ever to take out your oder. The chicken is not like the other locations. Quality isn't there. I hate having a KFC that just doesn't care about it's Quality & service! Can't give it a star, would have to be -8 stars!

At this location they never give out receipts, I always have to ask for them. For this in particular visit we ordered 3 chicken sandwiches only. When we drive forward they only charged for 1 and we let the employee know it was 3 so she charges the 3 and tell us to drive forward. We waited for 25 min and a truck then waited behind us. They give us our order at the same time of the truck behind us. As we are driving out of the drive thru we all got a bite of our sandwiches and they were cold. Like what was all that waiting for just to get cold sandwiches. We called to complain to the manager, she didn't seemed to care. We did let her know that we were unsatisfied and that we were going to reach out to corporate. Very poor customer service including manager .

My mom just came to kfc and the female that was taking her order was rude she pulled up to the window and she opened the window and shut it then opend the window and literally just rude handing her the food it's not the first time the same female has done this to her 🤦🏽♀️

Ordered an 8 piece chicken meal deal. The cost was over $30+ dollars. I ordered one large side of Coleslaw and was told they were out. I ordered corn and mash potatoes. Three of them were very small wing/thighs. The corn was cold and had no seasoning, as if it came out straight from the can, the mash potatoes were luke warm. The gravy was Xtra hot! The chicken pieces were all tough texture as if they were sitting for a long time. This store has disappointed two other times. Other KFC in Weslaco and Harlingen have never served this poor quality food. I am upset because I live here and have been given poor quality food and customer service. I will not return to the Elsa KFC again. I would rather drive to Weslaco, Edinburg, or Harlingen. This local franchise must address these issues, or customers will go somewhere else. I am disappointed and left hungry!

There's this one lady that always seems to have her children there, I get it you're a working mom and it's the summer, what I don't like is there making huge messes at the fountain drink station and running around the register the back register. You see them more at the register than the mom. They take ages to come address you at the register at that!! It's super annoying having to wait even after you try and get their attention with the little bell they have. There is one bright side and it's the tall lady that works there, she should be running the front since the one time I got their attention her customer service was sweet. But then she went back to the kitchen and had to wait another 15 minutes to try and get the other ladies attention just because things were missing. This day took the cake (her kids literally kept grabbing the ones at the register and putting it back) anyway there was flys and beyond in there today.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but it's always the same experience. There's this one lady that always seems to have her children there, I get it you're a working mom and it's the summer, what I don't like is there making huge messes at the fountain drink station and running around the register the back register. You see them more at the register than the mom. They take ages to come address you at the register at that!! It's super annoying having to wait even after you try and get their attention with the little bell they have. There is one bright side and it's the tall lady that works there, she should be running the front since the one time I got their attention her customer service was sweet. But then she went back to the kitchen and had to wait another 15 minutes to try and get the other ladies attention just because things were missing. This day took the cake (her kids literally kept grabbing the ones at the register and putting it back) anyway there was flys and beyond in there today.

Or the other 3 customers standing there..Finally ordered..got my sliders n madhed..n everything was super cold..NOT EVEN LUKEWARM..Very disappointing..n NO ICE..have to wait till someone comes to the counter to ask for ice..
