Today, a female employee lied and told my wife that the owner instructed her to open at 3pm. Confirmed with the owner that this was not true and that they should have opened at 2:30. Wife called me upset was really looking forward to going here on her lunch break. Instead, she wasted most of her lunch break due to the lazy, lying employee in question.Owner if you are reading this: the employee in question is taking away business from YOU. Taking money out of YOUR pocket every time a customer is turned away. A customer that you may never see again because of the negative perception they now have of your business.Also, it would behoove you to update signs at your establishment to reflect proper business hours. Food for thought, no hate, wish you the best of luck.

Don't stop by this place with so many options in the area. We ordered, 5 of us, and sat down to wait. Saw 3 cars pass by, so I asked how much longer, she said it's almost ready. Car #4 pulled up to the window, so I asked again, how much longer and told her it's been 30 minutes. She said she has to make the orders for drive through first.l, with an attitude. We'te waiting in 99° weather, not even a nice waiting area, and she is giving me attitude. So we got a refund, good thing we paid in cash.

I will never come here again! A Mangonada price was $5 according to their sign outside and they charged me a dollar extra ($6) because the mango is separate. The whole point of a Mangonada is because it has mango in it! When I received the Mangonada it had very little slices of mango like 6 super small pieces! Go somewhere else is my advice! The staff person was clueless as well on certain food prices and did not know much. This is literally FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! They need to correct their prices or add changes because I will certainly not be the last person complaining.

Good service but spent over $40 on raspas made with faucet water. I ordered large hot cheetos with cheese thinking they would actually give the big bag like other places but instead they give you like half of it on a small plastic container. I will definitely NOT go there again! I don't know what happen ? the raspas used to be decent here.

Went and bought a few items at the Elsa location. The corn was cold, the chips were stale. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
