It's insane to me to be an owner of a franchise, have promotional material of the items in your shop and be completely OK with your employees refusing to make said promoted items. 9/10 kolaches are never available and I doubt it's for lack of material to make them. At the end of the day, it's the owner losing business due to lazy/negligent employees. This shipleys location will just remain forgotten just like the rest of Elsa.

Workers were very friendly and the food was amazing! You can definitely tell that their food is made by hand. Me and my husband got 1 dozen of do-nut holes for 2.19$ (with tax). Very airy and not too sweet. 1 iced salted caramel coffee is definitely WAY better than McDonald's. Also their cheese and sausage Kols are a great size for the price.
