I love this Taco Bell first of all the people working here are always polite and respectful, they never get my order wrong and go above and beyond to customize my food which other places usually don’t want to do. And they aren’t skimpy with their food. I drive 18 mins each way just to go to this Taco Bell lol.

I went today October 12 at 4:00pm and I order a chicken bowl the service was not the best long waiting time and when I got my food it was all cold and the beans was all dry and they look like they were the last one they hade, I ask for fresh beens and they told to wait 30 minutes I mean you don’t take that much to open a can of beens and warm them up I’m sure that they don’t make them fresh they buy them in can ready to just warm them up.I’m sorry but I’m never coming back to Elsa Taco Bell I’m so disappointed with the service they hade I don’t know what the manager is doing but he is not doing a good job as I can see.

First of all this locations employees act like they are getting payed less to do the food right!!! If I order a combo that’s over $10 I’d imagine the taco to be decent 🙄, tell me why my taco was flat 😂, idk who the general manager is but you need to step it up or this location ain’t gonna grow.

We got there at 10:32pm and placed our order and after 45 mins we got our order, I went up to the counter and asked about our order and they said we are backed up it will be out in a bit, but you can see and hear all the employees just standing and laughing.
The food is good. It is made quickly. Online orders are ready upon arrival. However, many times so far, we order sauces online and ask in the drive-through on orders $50 plus. We still get no sauces, napkins, or straws. Other than that, it's great.

The place is clean and I received food fast. I was also having trouble with the tacobell app, which i had just installed, so I had to get off. I asked for help, and the employee helped me out. He took the time to show me and explain how to use the app, which I appreciated .so I give them a thumbs 👍

DUDE all I want is to get my grub on with a delectable fatty Crunchwrap supreme. The first time i ordered one, that junk had literally NO MEAT in there, no exaggeration it was just straight up veggies, i gave benie of the doubt because the place had just opened so i figured it was something with the employees being new or something BUT TODAY, i finally got a Crunchwrap supreme again and it was the same thing !! i don’t know why they’re so incredibly adamant on holding back on the meat BRO JUST PUT THE MEAT IN MY SUPREME :((((

I placed an order on the kiosk, and I had to wait 30-45 minutes before I got my order, and when I finally got my food it was cold.Don’t go to this one go to the one in Weslaco, they make the food perfect with little wait time.
