Every day it gets worse and worse. I was waiting to order in the drive thru for 6 mins. Then waited 20 minutes for them to CHARGE me. They never came so I left.
Everytime I stop here to get breakfast. It takes 15-25 mins just to get a combo at the drive thru. They need to do something about this. It’s not the first time it happens. They never put condiments or utensils. Even after they ask at the intercom.

It’s become the norm to get your effin cup drizzled with soda on the outside up the cup it’s ridiculous I would even go as far as to say that this is how employees are being trained on how to fill customers cups on very busy days the problem is I bought this meal at almost 4 in the morning when there were no customers in sight it’s ridiculous!!
