So I'm here at 8:20 pm trying to order wings and unfortunately I found out that they are only doing sandwiches.UPDATE: Please don't respond asking for an order number when I clearly explained a situation where I obviously ordered from the sonics because I was told you guys were only doing sandwiches and I wanted the wings from your menu...not a sandwich

Order combo meal, only found out after paying for it that the fountain drinks were out of order, asked about it, was told sorry, didn't offer any kind of discount. It's not the employees fault, but they should have had signs at register to advise customer of issue at hand.

This was the worst Charlie's cheesesteak I have ever eaten at, The role with soggy. And I asked for it plain only meat cheese and mushrooms. I got this disgusting wilted lettuce and way too much some sort of white sauce.

Perfect great food amazing employees they took our order of 20 meals and got them done as quick as they could very friendly and clean. The customers on the other hand very rude were mean to the employees because they were working on our order of 20. To them I have to say I'm sorry for yalls inconvenience of having to wait. We are working on a pad drilling for 24 hours a day 2 crews nights and days. We are not local we are hundred of miles away from our family missing them and trying to make a living. We don't have the luxury of cooking meals or having our spouses have food ready for when we get off work or a lunch packed for the next day. We are up at 3am and not back to a hotel till late at night. I am sorry for yalls inconvenience and sorry yall had to make the comments that is the reason we couldn't get a sandwich was because of him. I was just grabbing food for people that haven't seen their family's or had a home cooked meal in a month or months. To the employees working there I thank yall and I am sorry for the attitude yall received from people because you were doing your jobs.

I found on my philly stake a globe of spit right on top of my sandwich I'm too far away now to return it. Will never stop here again. Employee name on receipt was brink support 6 10 22 @ 12.21pm

Usually Charley's is very good, but this one in particular was fairly bad. They don't ask what toppings you want on the sandwiches and the default ingredients don't make sense. Who puts pickles on a chicken buffalo sub?
