Don't waste your time coming here. They're always out of something. I'm not big on Church's Chicken but I do like the chicken fried steak. I ordered chicken fried steak and the cashier interrupted me and said we are out of the white gravy is that okay (SMFH!). I said no problem just give me two of the mashed potatoes. She said sorry we're out of the mashed potatoes also. Sorry does not make everything right. I just left and got me a taco out of the store. I will be following up with corporate. I feel sorry for the people in this town getting treated like this. They don't have much to choose from. Churches needs to go so a better restaurant can open up in its place or start having all menu items available.

Well for me, I don't know why Church's changed the cuts of chicken...especially the wings. That was my all time favorite part of their chicken. In Virginia where I'm from, all the Church's are just about gone. So when I get the chance to get there chicken, it's a treat. Now to me they're no better than all the other places. Shame. Why did they change the cut of the wings anyway?

It's one of the few stores that we have in our town. For the most part, at least from all the times I've gone there, they're always out of something. The staff is ok for the most part. But if you have a problem, it's a hit or miss if they'll make it right. For example, went there to order a burger (while supply was available lol and the burger was so tough that you could barely sink your teeth into it. So brought it back and the lady felt the need to argue right from the start. No inspection of the burger was made; just it was impossible that it was a bad burger because they received it on the truck that same day. Not that it had a possibility of being under/over cooked, neither a possibility that it could've just been a bad burger; I was just wrong and needed to take it back home. Luckily someone else jumped in and was willing to remake it.

It's inside a truck stop so it's a little busy. Service was good but forgot to add my honey mustard reason for 3 stars on service. Food has no seasoning so if you like bland food then it's okay. Fries were greasy and soggy tasted like old grease.

So I wanted the chicken sandwich meal and was told they didn't have any chicken or fries left because they stop frying 2hrs before they close. It was only literally 6pm and the guy already had the fryer drained and cleaning it.Makes ya wonder how long they keep the prepared food after cooking and still serve it to customers?2hrs, really? I don't think anything fried is still hot and fresh after 2hrs.Also makes ya wonder what they do when they still supposed to be open but yet, no one is there?Church's chicken corp, you know they doin that?

No macaroni and cheese, no coleslaw, dirty rice isn't even an option, and didn't tell me they didn't have spicy until I got my food, that's the whole point of church's is spicy chicken. And since they were out of everything, I had no choice but potatoes and gravy, which there is never enough gravy, so I asked the guy for extra gravy and he said we don't do that. You don't solve issues and make customers happy, issues that you created, noted. And while I was waiting for my food I heard a customer say spicy, so I tried to get the guys attention twenty times but he just ignored me. So this was a complete waste of money and time and aggravation. This location is always out of spicy. Tired of it, never returning

Every time we have gone in to order we have had nothing but poor service and bad attitudes. As if us being there was a hassle to them. The employees need better service and tone when speaking to customers. Went to order tenders tonight and the lady up front told us she didn’t have any that they were frozen. Second time this has happened. Very unprepared. They either need a new job they want, or need to change the way they handle things.
