While the fries were hot and fresh, the double beef and cheese itself was cold. No napkins in bag. And they charge $1.00 for a 2 ounce cup with barely any cheese sauce.

The server wasn't wearing gloves and touching everything, which is unsanitary and on top of it all the brisket looked like roast beef and it didnt look fully cooked. I ate the fries but threw the sandwich away. I won't go to that location again

This location has a Monday $4.99 deal (probably for a limited time) which is a Roast Beef sandwich, crinkle or curly fries and a medium drink. Considering this is a regularly $9.49, THIS IS A DEAL! We ordered 2 combos and switched to Onion Buns and added cheddar ($0.50) each & ordered 4 Piece Mozzarella sticks for a total of $17.28. If your headed north on 45, this is a convenient stop, southbound will have you circling behind the restaurant to get back on which we have to do each time we visit but it's worth the drive as we live about 13 minutes away. Food is always fresh and the staff keeps this fairly brand new store clean. Oh, and we went ahead and got an Apple & Cherry turnover to go to!!! ;) ~CCG

The food is always good. The inside is always clean, the employees polite. It's not in the best spot because you have to drive so far to get back to Ennis. It's worth the hassle of tbe drive.

I placed my order at 10pm today (Sunday 24th) and when I got there I was informed they were out of as jus and Mac and cheese (because it was an hour until close im assuming) and they were more than willing to make my experience exceptional despite that! They accommodated my order by giving me a cherry turnover (to replace the Mac and cheese) and allowing me to pick a different sandwich so I wouldn't have a dipless French dip. Overall my experience here was fantastic especially being so close to closing time. The customer service was through the roof and I will be coming back!
Why can't Ennis location get chicken salad? And why is your phone line ALWAYS busy...do you leave it off the hook?

The food was really good. Employees were really nice, considering we were there 15 minutes before they closed. Would definitely recommend anyone to eat here. We will be stopping back by next time we're in town.
