Bought a roast beef with bacon at drive thru. It was refrigerator cold and missing a top bun. I took it back and they made it again. It was nit hot and missing the bacon. I told the young lady who brought it out to me. She just laughed and said we’re sorry and walked away. Unbelievable!

Love Arby’s, their employees are always so nice and professional, like they actually enjoy their job, I hope they do. Also they always give you napkins and sauce, any other fast food now acts like you’re trying to pull their teeth just asking for simple amenities. I love their portion sizes, they are also so quick to get you in and out.

Stopped in to grab something to go today. Was greeted right away by friendly employee … my ticket says Randall. Food came out quick and was delicious.Another customer just finished up dining and also complemented how good his food was.Dinning area and restroom were also very clean.
