The food here is really good! I think today they just got in a rush. My cheese has never been burnt like this. When they remade the sandwich, it was perfect!The nopales tacos are wonderful! Definitely recommend the birria texas toast, the birria quesadilla and the nopales tacos on flour!
Quesabirria was the most flavorless greasy mess I’ve ever had. Zero taste.. the consume was flavorless. Does the chef taste his food?? Ordered went to Starbucks waiting in line.. used bathroom came back food still not ready. The churros were good. But to have Birria in your name to serve greasy tasteless birria is sad. I didn’t even finish it. Waste of$25.. smfh. Guacdefack!?

Great Mexican food, not Tex-Mex!!! The cactus on the veggie mix is awesome. Their salsa and hot sauce are way spicy, but tons of flavor! The lamb is amazing, and the barbacoa is great! Service is always fast and friendly and prices are very inexpensive! Love it!

Don't believe their hours!!!! Google AND their website say they are open until midnight and they definitely are NOT! We pulled in at 10:55pm and it is dark and deserted (they did leave one open sign on.....). No idea what there actual hours are but we know they aren't the posted hours!

I had the taco plateCarnita, lamb and pastorI'm not well versed in the meats but one of them was very dry.The cashier was very nice she let me try the melon juice(cantaloupe).. it was delicious so I bought a cup for $4 extra bucks.The atmosphere was very nice and clean.I also spotted a few deserts (Flan, cheesecake, and Popsicles)There was also candy behind the counter for purchase.I would go back and try something different.

Been twice before, the food was great. Today, I got a to-go order of Quesabirria. Got it home, was enjoying it, then I bit down on a huge bone fragment, it instantly turned my stomach. I will not be going back. I'm sorry it had to come to this.

Tacos are the best in Ennis! Meat is so tender and the tortillas are delicious! Only thing is the tacos are small so you may need to add a few on the side lol
YOU WILL WANT TO READ THIS.I DO NOT recommend this place to Americans although this establishment is in fact located in America. Mind you, I’m Mexican and my first language is Spanish. I placed an order here at 8:57pm 01/28/2024 in Spanish because I can fluently speak Spanish and because I prefer to make it easier for the staff. We called our food in for queso birria TACOS and we got home to find out they gave us quesadillas. We called to see if they could remake our order or refund us as we weren’t planning on eating it and we were met with an attitude of a grown woman telling us over and over she doubts the cook is going to remake it and she doubts we’ll get refund because “she asked us twice if we wanted corn or flour tortilla.” What that has do to with the fact that we ordered TACOS and never agreed to QUESADILLAS I don’t know. ON TOP OF THAT when we were on the call she set the phone aside to ask the cook if he could remake it and saying she didn’t mess up and we didn’t know how to order AND THEN she started talking mess about how AND I QUOTE “she’s American, she doesn’t know what she’s talking about” along with some other things I NEVER said. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I guess this full grown adult woman thought I was too American to understand what she was saying. I may be American, yes but I’m MEXICAN American who speaks fluent Spanish. Nevertheless, we went back to the store and the first thing she met us with is “I spoke to my manager and she said we could remake the food.” With this, I eat my food in fear that this horrible lady spit in our consome. Mind you, I love getting food here and never had an issue. But MARIBEL had the right one tonight. Sorry but she seemed like one of those ladies that thinks SHE’S the manager. I suggest the actual manager watches her back with that one.

This place is nice for Mexican food, Im gonna rate this honestly as a mexican, the food was ok. The birria was not bad but the consome was extremely salty, so was the birria ramen. I had to reorder something because it was so salty. The flautas were delicious but there were 4 small ones. Im very picky with my rice so I didn’t really like it. For dessert I ordered a Churro with cajeta and it was great. The cheesecake was a little warm but still good. The service was great, the waitress was very nice and helpful. The place is clean but kinda cold. It may just be cold because its very cold outside. Overall I would try it again another day because the consume was really the only problem for me.
