Food was nasty. I had salmon Mac cheese and greens. The fish was OK but wasn't done. The Mac and cheese was box and watery with no taste. Greens were not only canned but so nasty I almost pucked just trying them. Husbands fish and shrimp had no taste. Coleslaw was good. Waitress was nice and service was OK but the food so bad I started feeling icky before I even left. My husband's stomach started flipping when he got home. I had pick up from here a long time ago and it was good but tonight it was so bad that it wasn't even eatable. That's saying something because i eat everything.

My husband and I stopped when traveling. We chose according to views. GREAT place. The price of food for the amount you get is more than fair. The taste was great. Even the customers were welcoming. Will stop again next time we travel.

While I love to give a 5 star. This place is beautiful, clean, and the service staff was excellent. The cake display at the entrance is gorgeous. The food .. let's talk about it. The omelet I had was fresh. Taste was great. Hash browns were very overcooked and more crunchy than moist. The biscuit, didn't cut the chalk for me. Clearly microwave reheated. I sent the first one back to get a second one that was somewhat better but the bottom was tough and almost rubbery.. all signs of microwave reheating. Sausage patties, same as the biscuit. My husband has a pancake and it was excellent. He didn't even use syrup. While this was our first time, I feel like as long a it takes to prepare our food, there was no need for the use of a microwave. Use the grill to reheat the sausage and biscuits. Jmo. Give them a try. It was still good food. ❤️👍🏼

The place is a very cute and down home kinda of atmosphere I enjoyed that, the price was not my favorite you get a good amount don’t get me wrong but I honestly did not care for the food no flavor, coffee will it was not the best , but everyone has bad days I would definitely give them another try for a lunch or dinner meal if I come back to the area ☺️

We were visiting a quilt show in the area and ask a local person for a locally owned and operated diner style place for lunch. Without hesitation she recommended this place. Our waitress was still being trained but did a fine job. Attentive but not obtrusive. The chicken fried steak with white gravy was great, as was the fried okra. The onion rings were good but could have a bit more fryer time. My wife really liked the chicken salad sandwich. When we are back in the area we will definitely stop in again as there are many other items on the menu that I would like to try.
