I love Braums Milk. The grocery store part of Braums is wonderful. The food is pretty good. If the staff worked as a team to help one another, it would make for a better work environment, all that to say is the customer service is average. When I go inside, it is like there is plenty of staff, but if they don't look at you, they don't have to wait on you. #headdown

The staff there are always 100% Customer Service!
When I came in to order my food, Ashley the cashier was so helpful and friendy.
And before I left the Cashier I didn't catch her Name but she was over at the grocery check out.
She was. Also very friendly and wish us a safe trip back to Houston.

Left our car at the nearby fast charger and walked over here, not expecting much. Well...
...The place feels like a factory cafeteria, but the burgers are good, the ice cream is delicious, the malts have protein and excellent taste, and the busy workers are friendly. They even have a little grocery shop in there!
I only have one question: WHY don't we have one of these closer to our house?
