I want to love this place honestly. It’s always good when I try it, however never worth the trip. It’s never open when advertised. The customer service is always terrible. They are simply just rude. They advertise for Free Ice Cream for Halloween and then are closed. Ridiculous.

We visited this place several times, the food is good, but every time we come back the service from the employees is terrible, they are too rude! This time was the last time, we will not come back anymore, go here if you want to pay for an employee to treat you badly.

Listen to the reviews, I should’ve. Not worth it to deal with really bad attitudes. Sucks because you want to support local businesses in the area and the customer service is horrid.

If the service wasn’t so rude I would love to recommend this place of business. Unfortunately we have been here twice and both times, we felt unwelcome & rushed to get out the door.

They are always closing before their posted hours. They also don’t say when they’re closing they just turn off the lights and blatantly ignore you.

Food was great but you better know what you want before you go in because they have no patience and will rush you. My kids and I were looking at the menu trying to decide what we wanted and one girl asked us about four time what we wanted even after I told her to give me a few mins to look. Another came up to take our order and when I asked her what flavors the ice cream were she said these and pointed at them. I asked her how was I supposed to know what flavors they were since they weren't labeled and she just stared at me. They rushed our entire group and had a horrible attitude just because they didn't want to work. Shame because the food was good.
