Stopped in around 9pm pm a Sat evening. Dining room was empty but staff was still cleaning and ready to help serve us. Got our food out fast with a smile and thanks for coming in.

woah. let me start off by saying i worked at a chick fil a so understand how some things are simply out of your control however, why on earth did it take almost 30 minutes for a mobile carry out order. i understand it’s not the front end teams fault so it must be an issue with your kitchen. i know mobile carry outs are not a priority but that is ridiculous and your kitchen needs serious readjustment. maybe dont stop making breakfast before breakfast ends. seriously disappointing, hope you guys fix your kitchen.

Over 30 minutes wait for 2 sandwiches pre ordered on the app, watching probably half the line get brought their order while I sit and wait! Always a good time, nothing even mentioned about the wait! Thanks guys

Came through the drive through, ordered a salad Fries and a drink paid then I get to the window and they tell me they no longer have salads, and they offered me a refund, so I take it and then as I'm almost home I look at my receipt and I was only refunded the salad and not the fries and drink, honestly I think this place needs to pay a little more attention now I'm gonna be late on my break because they don't communicate things properly

This morning right before 9 I happily opened the door for the manager and she didn’t even bother saying thank you, as i was leaving i said thank you and she ignored me. not very friendly management hospitality. she was blonde

I used to go to this location to get lunch in the morning but they stopped that. I was sad about that but got over it. Now I ordered a kale salad and some foreign substance was in it. Another time my co worker had hair in her chicken nugget box. 😩 This location is a no go
The worse Chick fil a I've been to. Everytime I order food on the app never fails that they forget something(sauces, fork). Then you go in and the workers dont ask if you need help.
