Very disappointed! How does one order a family meal and it doesn’t even include 1 drink?

The service was poor, and the atmosphere was not great. They didn't give me my coleslaw, and they didn't give me two of my chicken tenders. The food was all alright, but the tenders were slightly stale. Overall very poor service.

This restaurant had a bad reputation when I moved here roughly 3+ years ago. Now the chicken is delicious and cooked perfectly. The fried okra and coleslaw are tasty as well. When I get a craving for fried chicken I get it here. 😋

They have nothing posted about adjusted hours at all! I got there at 615 and all they have is a note that suits 6pm closed. You worthless employees with no since if responsibility or dedication. You people are horrible.
I went to the drive-through orders, a snack pack and a sweet tea. The tea was very very sour tasting and then the chicken was cold. The only thing good about the meal was probably the roll because I asked her to change my tea for something else for like fruit punch or something and she looked at me like I was crazy and then the fruit punch is water down, I learn my lesson

Probably the most dry chicken I've ever had. I was pretty disappointed. A friend had told me Chicken Express was a good place to eat so I decided to try it.
Staff wasn't rude-rude, but after he handed me a bag, he seemed surprised that I hadn't driven off so I said "oh, is this my entire order?" He then informed me "yeah". I supposed that's better than nothing.

The first time l stop here I went through drive tru the chicken sandwich was dry and old. Just eat here again I dine in this time the sandwich was the same. Talk to the manager she said she check and see what's going on. I traveled all over the US this one is the worst.
