Gave a 2 star rating because at least the food is hot. But for $52 for 3 meals and 2 family sides, one being family sized mashed potatoes, to get home and literally not have even 1 of 4 gravy cups that should've come with this purchase is highly disappointing. I'm sure they'd tell us to come back to get our gravy, but that's a 40 mile round trip which would just equal cold food and $10 of fuel burned. Very disappointed but it seems to be the norm now.

We've had bad experiences the past couple of times. Always the same thing. The staff are always rude and they act like they don't care at all, the orders are always wrong and the food is cold. I stood at the register for 10 minutes before someone came to take my order, mind you, nobody else was in line. It's is ridiculous.

They never get our order right… always order spicy, never get spicy.
Did my order in the drive thru! Once pulling around there was a tall slender African American man dropping our family order poppers into the basket with bare hands NO GLOVES while the rest of the order was being prepped. I can only speak on what I seen… which were the poppers. Once the poppers were done frying, they allowed the grease to drip before dropping poppers into pan then into the box. A larger size Hispanic lady grabbed one of the poppers then started eating it right by the food as they all stood around chit chatting ! Then to top it all off another Hispanic lady grabbed all four of our boxes and one fell to the nasty disgusting filthy floor closet by the window and they picked it up and put it right back on top of the rest of my boxes!!! I told them I seen what just happened and the lady shrugged and said nothing !! I had just spent over $50 and this is what happens!!! Most people really disturb me - this was for the cowboys game with the family!!

I once loved their chicken gizzards now they are awful. $12 for 18 gizzards and they are so salty you cannot eat them. The staff is argumentative I am trying to find the owner so I can speak with him but they will not provide his number or any way to reach him. I left a note but I'm sure I'll never hear from him as this is a franchise and the staff don't seem to be the kind who would pass on messages.

I ordered 3 piece fish and I was told it'll be 15 minutes, which is fine. But when I got my fish, it was overcooked, so my fish was very crunchy. and there was hardly any meat on the inside. Spoke with management so they can tell the cooks to monitor it when there cooking.
