They are very unprofessional and rude on the phone, I ordered PAN pizza but never saw it , call to verify and they said it’s delivered and that’s all they can do. The manager was avoiding the call and the employee didn’t know what to say and he hanged up the phone while I was talking, I always order pizza from dominos and they provide good services but this is the last time.I will never recommend anyone to order pizza or anything from there. Is not about the money because I make 2x how much the pizza cost but it’s the lack of professionalism on the phone , this is how you lose valuable customers. I don’t mean to be disrespectful but those employees will sink and ruin the name of the company. Thank you

We called to place an order at this dominoes in Ennis and they told us how much it would be and told us when it would be ready. When I arrived they told me they didn't have any order for me that I never placed it. Then when I decided to reorder and wait I was given a price which was more then I was told over the phone. I got no apology, no discount, no nothing for my wasted time. The girl taking the orders needs more experience and the apparent manager is useless in my opinion.

I ordered 6 pizza 3 pepperoni, 1 pepperoni banna pepper, 1 german pizza, then a gluten-free pizza they delivered it to the wrong house, and 1st didn't even call to confirm so I'm very upset

I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza it said ready in 10 minutes. Picked the pizza up it was cold and the jalapeños fell right off the slices of pizza. It was not baked correctly. My Wings were cold.

Vegetarian options: If you are vegetarian, they have veggie pizza. You're good as long as you don't mind some animal byproducts (cheese! Lol). They also have a small gluten-free crust that, compared to many others, isn't bad at all. If you're vegan... I don't know how you would order a pizza anywhere that fits that.
I WILL NOT order from here again! We had a credit for an incorrect order and whoever issued the credit did not log it in the system. When I went to pick up the replacement order, which was also incorrect, I was informed that it wasn't in the system but she would go ahead and give the credit. She then informed me that she won't be issuing any more credits for us in the future because we've had three previous credits for incorrect orders. I advised her that if the order isn't correct, then we are definitely calling them back to inform them of the incorrect order, and I advised her that she wouldn't have to worry about us ordering again. I had to call her back after getting home, which is six or seven miles away, because the ranch dressing was left off the order. She was very rude and wouldn't give the phone number for corporate nor her name.
I’ve been coming here with my boys since living in the area. Our pizza is always great! Only one time it was over baked and it was redone right away. We eat inside always my kids like the environment and the staff is friendly. Actually the only place I get my pizza from in town!

Maribel, is very rude and disrespectful. Should not be in a customer service position. Called about my pizza being messed up and the person who answered was new so I asked to speak to the person higher than him etc, “Maribel” gets on the phone being absolutely DISGUSTING towards me hung up on me, and claimed there’s no one hire than her to talk to. Don’t order from here. I was simply trying to get my pizzas fixed since I ordered no sauce and received sauce. Maribel, should NOT be in this position as a job. Definitely not disciplined enough to be in this role nor respectful enough
