A pizza was misplaced from my order. When calling about the pizza, I told them I lived out of town and was told that a new one would be made. When I got there, the pizza they gave me was barely even luke warm and the cheese was hardening. When questioned about it, I was told that it was a fresh pizza even after they felt the bottom and seen the pizza. Horrible service and horrible results. Very disappointing.

With it being Halloween and only 1oven working-these employees were doing their very best to deliver- they were apologetic, and attentive and they explained the situation right up front! I appreciate that and the pizza was delicious!! Thank you for all your effort

If a 16 piece cinnamon bread comes with a cup of icing dont you think a 32 piece should come with 2? Just asking... I tried asking in store, just a question, didnt deserve a crazy look.

This pizza sucks. It was hard and dry as well as burnt. It was horrible and tasteless. The 2 ladies who was working was nice but the quality of food was straight trash. I don't recommend this location to anyone. This food doesn't deserve a star.

Poor turn around time. Staff seemed disorganized and waited for more than 30 minutes for a pizza. Lucky for me, the supervisor took pity on me and let me have the order before the delivery order. Just very poorly organized.

We decided to skip meal prep for a night and order pizza. Sauce was off the edge like it was thrown at something, topping were minuscule even though we asked for extra (and paid for it). Unfortunately, Domino’s has become a bargain food spot and not a quality pie.

Nice staff but pizzas were not great at all. We ordered hand tossed on both and got NY style I am assuming with a Papa John's crust. The crust was cooked a little too long because it was crunchy not soft at all. Not impressed had to throw it away! Cute kid, I'm assuming he belongs to one of the staff. Not sure it is safe for him to be at work.
We ordered our complimentary pizza, subsequently ordered another one and bread bites. Both pizza items appeared to be overcooked and not hot. After receiving the text, the driver was already on his way. It took approximately 20 minutes for us to receive our pizza. We live approximately 8 miles away from the store. This was a disappointing experience this time around.

I recently placed an online order and picked it up from the store in Ennis, TX. When I got home, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The wings were under-sauced and soggy, the thin crust pizza was overcooked, barely had any sauce, and everything was cold and tasted far from fresh.
I called the store to address the issue and spoke with the general manager, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. She interrupted me, said she was too busy to help, and told me to “just tell her what I wanted from her.” She didn’t apologize or offer to remake the order. Instead, she said she would have to check the cameras, implying I was lying about the condition of the food. She also told me I was the only one complaining, as if that somehow invalidated my experience.
This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope this issue is addressed so other customers aren’t treated the same way.
