Found this place wandering around in Ennis on my way back to Houston. POBLANO FAJITAS-OMG!!! It’s the best dish I’ve had at a Mexican restaurant in a long time! Their warm salsa is some of the best, and I’ll have to stop for dinner on my way into Dallas next time, so I can try the margaritas! YUM YUM YUM is all I have for this place!
The carne guisado here isn't quite as good as the north waxahachie location but it's close enough! I tried something new, the chicken chipotle, it's was amazing! The sauce is creamy yet spicy enough to keep my tongue entertained. Highly recommend it. Picture was after I ate about half of it lol.
Let's start with drinks. There was slight language barrier and the waitress wasn't understanding my common and simple questions. What is the house tequila for 1.. This Q lead to me asking if they have jose silver.. she didn't know that either. BTW, the menu tells you nothing about the drinks. Another server comes to assist. While everything was taking forever, seriously like 10 mins to get us waters, and that did NOT include my kids cups. Finally I get my rita.....
