I am never one to complain but this really ticked me off. This Golden Chick has TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an order for the Golden Roast Chicken legs- I received two miniature chicken legs that might as well have been 1 chicken leg. They were out of green beans so I asked for a side salad with ranch- got no Ranch with it. I got another box combo with mashed potatoes and gravy as the side- got no gravy. I then called to complain and the manager who claimed that his name was Jack argued with me about the gravy- claiming it was in there and I’m sorry but I know what gravy looks like…there was no gravy! He never once apologized or offered compensation. I will never be giving them service again. This was a joke.

Make sure you try the okra before you leave! Ours was either really stale or tasted petrified, terrible! The chicken was okay.

Best tasting fried chicken in Ennis. However they ran out of everything all the time. I don’t know how they can be out of all chicken at 12 pm and ask me to wait 15 min for chicken, it’s like a toco stand running out of tacos, a Chinese restaurant running out of Chinese food, or a burger king running out of burgers.

Service was horrible. They were to busy taking care of drive thru to wait on customers inside. Two of their employees just looked at us. Would not recommend this place.

Placed online order, had a car ahead of me which was a long waiting time, finally made it to window she ask me I told her I had an online order after 10 minutes she coming back telling me to drive around and wait for fries. After more waiting someone coming out to bring the package however forgot the tea. I told her she tolling her eyes!!! Specially in a small town service should be better!!!
