Excellent Mexican Food, I am very picky about the quality and style of my Mexican Food. This Mexican food is the best I have found not only in Ellis County but DFW area, reminds me of South Texas style- Jalisco style food. Especially the Carne Guisada is made South Texas style all gravy no vegetables mixed in. The tortillas are monsters, a little different, I usually tear them in to pieces to use the are so large-- 😆
