You can only order through door dash, and when you pick up from Chili's they cannot help you at all. I picked my food up on time, but the chicken was cold, and we were shorted some pieces. The only warm thing in our order was the cookie.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

The chilis closed at 7pm but the “it’s just wings” still allowed you to place an order. I placed an order. They charged my card, just for me to pull up to the chilis and realize they were closed and had a manager tell me the best they could do was take my info down? Just refund me the money and be done. Super frustrating, and hoping they can refund the money asap and NOT give a chilis/it’s just wings gift card.

Wings were just “okay”. They were meaty but also fatty and super dry. Charged extra dollar for 2 blue cheese that we didn’t even receive. And they split our 16 piece order into 2 separate containers and split the fries between the two containers with the 8 wings instead of putting the wings in one container and fries in the other container. In turn, the little bit of sauce on the wings ended up saturated into the fries. Won’t order wings from here again, will go elsewhere next time.

My Husband & I stopped in after doing some local business in Ennis. We had absolutely the WORST experience. We chose to eat in the bar area. The lady running the bar on April 7th 2022 (we will call her 'S') was Sllllllooooooow (understatement) couldn't get a simple order right and did NOT even offer up an apology or even try and make it right. ALLLLLLLLL of her attention was on the (apparent) regulars at the bar. People were coming in to be seated and she seated them after all her local conversation with the regulars. She made it obvious that her time and her needs came FIRST!!! Food was brought out separately and NOT all at the same time. When we were done we paid the bill on the small kiosk that 'S' had to punch in. She brought it up to the signature area (I GUESS I should have asked for an itemized or PRINTED receipt). Instead opted for the electronic email one. Looking thru everything today.... 'S' charged us for OUR screwed up meal as-well-as the gentleman's STEAK and Tea sitting next to us. As the gentleman left he patted 'S' on the shoulder. Didn't think anything about it except "Probably a regular. NOW IT WOULD APPEAR TO BE AN INSIDE JOB OF MAKE SOMEONE ELSE PAY FOR THEIR MEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" WILL BE CONTACTING CHILLIS ENNIS and COORPORATE!!!!!!!

They took it upon there self to change my order without asking and still charged me the food was soggy from the chicken to the fries and didn’t even except responsibility for there actions. I would never recommend this place and if your ever in cedar city find somewhere else.
