Ordered on the app like I always do. When my order didn’t arrive I called the store and they said it was placed as a pick up order. I’m not sure how that worked. After all I had to key in the tip for the delivery driver on the app. Anyways they asked if I wanted to change it to a delivery order. I said yes and they said that they had to void my initial card transaction and do a new one that included the delivery fee. Here it is 3 hours later and no food. I can’t even get hold of the store to complain because they have people in other countries answering the phone. They couldn’t help me because they only take orders, so they connected me back to the store so I can hear a recording about how proud Pizza Hut is to be serving the community since 1968. I’ve spent over $300 ordering Pizza Hut this year alone. I’m taking my business some place else. (I ordered Wingstop and had my food in 40 minutes) Apparently Pizza Hut has too many customers already or they have 3 poor souls that are there on a Friday night getting worked to death. Their food has fallen off the last year or so anyways.

If I graded on food taste alone this review would be a five *5* star but service is a part of every review and poor service cost this location a TWO star deduction.Once or twice per week I order a personal size pizza, to be DELIVERED.. There is never napkins or condiments included in the delivery. But if the pizza is picked up I have access to napkins and condiments.It’s irritating enough to bump down the rating.

Waited in line for 20 min finally decided to go inside to get my order and there were people who had the same idea. After about another 20 or so min I got my order! Very slow service! And there were 6 employees there!
Great employees, they will bend backwards to make your experience a great one, awesome food that's hot and exactly the way I ordered it and very proficient, didn't even have to wait long at all.

The last three times I have ordered from Pizza Hut Ennis my order was not completed or was completely wrong. I've had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for them to get my order right. Most of the time my order is a little overcooked. I do not have a picture because Pizza Hut sent me the survey two days after the fact. Starting to reconsider going to Pizza Hut again.

I placed an order online. I went to pick it up and the manager was rude.They gave me the wrong pizza. I called back and she said they no longer have it. I asked why was it still on the website but besides that why wasn’t I called nor told this when I picked up my order. She didn’t give me a valid answer and continued to have an attitude and offered me $3 off my next order. Just go to Dominos ??♀️.
