We are generally Ruston’s fans but NYE was a fail from a service perspective. This seems like a night to have your A team on during the dinner rush but the restaurant served too many patrons to provide good service given the level of experienced staff that was there. Despite how painfully long we waited for everything we ordered, including drinks, I will say food was actually really good.
12/25- Went back for another anniversary dinner. Great meal. I had the smoked rib and a few Smoked Barbwire old fashioned. The wife had the wagyu NY strip steak. Both tasty, pricey, but worth it. Even on a fixed income, we come here a few times a year.

This was the best meal I’ve had in a long time l. Just passing through town and stopped here by chance. I can assure you it’s on my permanent list. The quail knots are to die for! The lamb chops are phenomenal and the banana pudding was excellent! The smoked old fashion was PERFECT!
