We went after 5 to get the BOGO pizzas. We talked to the guy who was the manager over the intercom if it was BOGO or not. He said yes. So I got 2 supremes thinking it should be $5ish each. We got our receipt & it was$7 each. We talked to the guy who was the manager & he said the owners made it where ONLY the pepperoni & cheese were $5 each. The rest are $7 each & they were told NOT to tell the customer the price change. when a customer inquires about a price like that, BOGO then they should be told the price change.

Food was delicious, and the service was fast! Only negative was the bathrooms had an awful smell, and there was a slight sewer smell leaking into the restaurant.

The medium Deluxe Original is a good sandwich with plenty of tasty protein between the Schlotzsky's bun. The chips and drink aren't worth the extra cost in my opinion. Chips are thin and over spiced in a 1.5 oz bag. This Schlotzsky's didn't have the fridge like soft drink dispenser with oodles selection like the Schlotzsky's in Grand Prairie. Service was fast and friendly, atmosphere around comfortable seating was very good. The take home Cinnabon center was almost too gooey, but very good.

For some reason this location always stinks like they used the bathroom mop in the lobby. My sandwich is always made wrong with little to no meat. I have to drive all the way to Waxahachie to get my food.

This place is just a mess. Horrible service and the food is barely passable. I only go for others, I will not eat there. They don’t even give you the food in a bag, a styrofoam container is handed to you with a few napkins and a receipt, PATHETIC!

They were closed before 9pm on Wednesday. Business hours say they are open till 10pm.
Place closes at 9, wouldnt let us eat inside at 8...wth. literally eat anywhere else. Id appreciate a response promtly. Ridiculous.
