Ordered 2 pastrami reubens through drive thru waited 10 mins, they put them on sourdough instead of rye. Also I never received a receipt either. When I called they said they would remake them when I get to the store the manager refused to remake both and only remade one sandwich. I made him print a receipt and saw he typed sourdough for the bread choice so without asking he modified it to that. It's not what is advertised on the menu. Horrible customer service a waste of gas and time and was lied to over the phone. I would've just asked for a refund if I knew driving all the way back to the store they weren't going to keep their word. This was my mom's birthday craving request which I told the manager and he still didn't care that our $30 sandwiches were made poorly. I will never come back Clearly these team members need a refresher. Limericks downtown always gets it right and is better quality and service.

Terrible customer service. Waited at the order screen for some one to take my order and 5 minutes pass and very rudely a guy said do you need help with something on the menu (etc.) I left after the rude comment.

Just another terrible fast food service here in Ennis. From the front of house staff to the management, this company/location obviously has low standards and they even fail to meet those. I can see why the negative reviews exist and I agree with how terrible they are. Performance reflects leadership and its clear that management is not doing what they need to.
Don't go very often, but when I do, I am never disappointed.

First the credit card machine was not working! My wife ordered a sandwich with no lettuce or onions and the sandwich came with enough lettuce to make a chief salad. We placed the order as a dine in and it was delivered as a to go order. The young lady taking orders needs to speak up you could hardly hear her.

There must be something wrong with the pizza oven. I’ve ordered a pizza and calzone on separate occasions and both were undercooked. The cheese was started to melt and then they pulled the out. I want my pizza with the cheese browned and the crust crispy. It was like eating undercooked school pizza from the 90s.
