We’ve been to this place lots and lots of time in the past couple years. The atmosphere is always great. The Waitstaff has been phenomenal. Like any other restaurant it’s not gonna be perfect every time but when something needs a little attention, Manager never fails to address it. Highly recommend this place the Micheladas are always on point.

Y’all need to come check out this place. It’s awesome. The Waitresses are great We come here very often, and we have never regretted it. Highly recommended. If you have kids don’t let that stop you there is a playground outside!

The servers are not aware of common food allergies and how to handle them, they will respond with I think without knowing and making no attempt at learning. When asking to speak to the manager the manager went in the back and hid. The waitress is not very intelligent and has not recieved proper training to handle situations such as a dairy allergy, and did not know the difference in margarine and butter.

I had the shrimp basket and gator tails ! The shrimp and fries was freshly cooked but the shrimp tastes fishy and the gator well the photo speaks for itself. ( I wouldn’t recommend this place ) tables and floors clean . Music very loud like disco club instead of a restaurant

Little to no alcohol in the drinks. Food is a bit on the pricy side. You get a whole bunch of fries, they're really good fries but you get a lot. You can barely taste the alcohol in the drinks

My husband and I are staying at the hotel near by so we asked if this place was any good someone yes yes and we read a review so thought we would try it out. Big waste of money 45.00 yea my husband got wasn’t worth drinking poured out had to get a coke instead. We ordered the crawfish hush puppies 10.00 i ate 2 that’s all i needed my husband tried one didn’t care for it tried another to see if it was any better it wasn’t overcooked . I got the 2 fish fillet combo overcooked but the fish was good it’s the same they have at golden corral so it was good just over cooked. The rice and beans were very good for both of us.My husband got the fish and shrimp combo shrimp was huge but tasted like rubber totally over fried. The only thing that was edible was the red beans and rice the fish was but very over cooked. . Total waste of money . i can’t stress enough we really wish we would have just done chillis again or ordered a pizza don’t waste your money . If your gonna try this place maybe don’t do the fried stuff .

I've been here before, and the food was pretty good. But today's service was pathetic!! It's on 4 people in the whole restaurant, and I made #5. Sat at the register waiting to be served, and they act like I wasn't there. After 5 min, I asked if anyone was gonna take my order. After asking now, they seem to have an attitude. While I was waiting on my order, I went to the bar. The lady basically ignored me again. SMH, once I told her I would like a beer, she never said anything about specials nor offered any chips & salsa. They were more concerned about talking among themselves vs. attending to customers. My thing is if u don't wanna work, don't come in. Hope this place does better in their hiring process rather than just hiring anyone.

Customer service is great. They greet you, smile and our waitresses constantly checked on our table. Love the band, very lively atmosphere. Clean restaurant and bathroom. I took off two stars because i didn't enjoy my dish, and the price didn't match quality, but everyone else at our table enjoyed their meal. Probably should've chosen something different. Also the kids playground needs more safety. It's a hazard risk for injury. Other than that it's an ok place.
